Despite the fact that I’ve been holed up in Boulder, Colorado for the last 6 days of yuntiff, I did not have any quinoa this Pesach – but I still want to make quinoa bread someday – Thanks to Ben Kaye for sending this funny quinoa song video over.

Quinoa bread is an exercise in frustration unless it’s regular bread with a little quinoa for flavoring like you’d add nuts or seeds.
is that how you say it? keen-waah? shows how hip i am. i thought it was kwai-noah.
anybody gonna share the recipe for quinoa bread? or do I have to google around for it? (is google a verb?) no quinoa in my city for Pesach this year, the Star-K said that it cannot be used because quinoa is grown near other chometz-dik grains. A friend in another city said that the CRC said that quinoa could be used for Pesach, if it was checked carefully for other grains (like the sefardim check their rice). In any event, I have boxes of the stuff that I bought for Pesach and I need to use them, so the recipe for quinoa bread would be very much appreciated!
Star-K is full of little round things like goats leave behind. The countries where quinoa is grown grow very little wheat or similar grains. They grow so little, in fact, that flour is a major import, and flour-smuggling is a significant crime.
Andres is a good friend of mine and great musician. Thanks for posting this!
Cute.
