Thanks to Rachmuna for posting this on my wall, it’s brilliant and it encapsulates the real problem that FFB’s have with BT’s. This problem is that after years and years of ritual we just can’t seem to get excited like you can. We grew up with the hateful evil God and you just joined us and God is loving and great. The video is hilarious and so so true, I agree wholeheartedly even though the speech was made in 1986 it’s what we call “timeless”. Oh and if you get the Lincoln Towers joke, we must be from the same hood.

To put this video into context, it is a crowd of Lincoln Square Synagogue crowd.
The divide continues to some degree into the secular world, with no small amount of role reversals.
i never knew they had terms like bt and ffb in the ’80’s – bt standing for before texting
ffb = (friend) from FaceBook
Wow, haven’t seen this one in years! It’s truly a classic, and should be played at all Project Inspire conventions.
This was great but the way he says “uncomfortable” makes me uncomfortable!
