My first solo comedy show is tonight

So my first comed show is tonight and I am pumped, mainly because there will be no time limit dude cutting me off and I will get paid for the first time. Just felt like reminding everone here in Israel about the show- I honestly will not be writing much the next few days because I will be Turkey wandering around.  But when I get back next shabbos- let the posts begin, I have so much to say, but I need a quiet computer and loads of mountain dew to do it up. I will also be opening up a flickr account for all those who are not on facebook who want to look at photo albums from the trip and other general ones as well.

  1. Does one say “break a leg” to comedians as well as actors? Do we Jews even say “break a leg”?

Reminds me of the kids at our day school playground saying “bang bang! You’re dead. Chas v’Shalom.”

So, “break a leg, chas v’shalom” Frum Satire!

  2. loads of mountain dew
Lots of luck. I’m going to “mother” you and say get off the mountain dew, it’s evil. No wonder you get sick! Coffee is healthier, if you need a picker upper.

  3. Mazal tov on making the big time (read that: anything with a paycheck attached). Drink plenty of water; eat decent food once in a while; get some sleep.

There. I’ve joined the chorus of new moms you have acquired since the JBloggers’ Convention.

Love the Friday d’var Torah, btw. I will let my children start watching your videos again. 😉

  4. Ok the show rocked- BUT no one freaking filmed it and i’m kind of bummed about that. I figured the venue would- seems only normal. Well I guess I have to start doing shows in the states.

By the way- this fall I will be doing some east coast shows for sure.

  5. I wanted to write some encouraging comment to you before the show, but for some reason, my computer sabatoged my efforts to view your blog.

Can’t wait to see you live on the east coast shows. Let us know in advance so we can let our tomatoes ripen to an awesome squishy consistency.

  6. Glad the site it back up and running again…I was getting a little worried I wouldn’t be able to get my daily dose of frum satire anymore. Ah!

Looking forward to some east coast shows so us in the states can see what you’re really made of.

  7. hey, it was nice meeting you (in my car when i took you to the airport).
glad i found your blog, and looking forward to seeing where you go from here. hope you had fun in Turkey!

  8. Hesh, I filmed a little bit and took some pictures. I figured you were having someone else do it but oh well. Emailed you what I got.

  9. Hey- who were you? (in other words, what do you look like, what were you wearing, and where were you sitting?) I was wearing a red v-neck tee and pencil black skirt with medium length dark brown hair in a headband with black plastic glasses in the back near the bar.

  10. You can contact them, utilizing the without toll bolster number, email and live visit. This is the thing that gives you a prompt reprieve, with regards to r Android gadget.
